The KKTC's domestic airline, Fly Kıbrıs Airlines, is launching two new scheduled flights in June, in addition to its Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara flights.
Fly Cyprus Airlines, which made its first flight in April and started Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir flights, will start flying to Bodrum and Ordu as of June 14.
In the summer season, reciprocal scheduled flights will be organized two days a week to these two destinations, which are very important for both KKTC and Turkey. Bodrum flights, which will start on 14 June, will continue until 27 September, and Ordu flights until 29 November.
New destination, strong integration
Rauf Denktaş, one of the three founding partners of Fly Khy, in his statement giving the good news of new destinations, stated that they aim to gradually improve the operation and that they are making plans to put a second aircraft into operation.
Expressing that Fly Kıbrıs has undergone a serious integration process in the sale of their tickets in the electronic environment, Denktaş said, “After this process is completed, more efficient service will be provided. There is also the process of renewing our site. In a few days, the tests will be finished and the new system will be active. In the new system, you will not be able to select days without flights. Therefore, you will reach the days when we have flight schedules more easily.”
Aiming to open a brand new page in tourism, the locomotive sector of the island, as an airline established with 100% domestic capital, Fly Khy will continue to bring KKTC together with the homeland and the world with its competitive pricing policy and expanding flight range.
