All our flights from Istanbul take off from Istanbul Airport (IST).

Our flights from Antalya Airport will be operated from Terminal 2.

For all our flights, you must be at the flight gate at least 20 minutes before the flight departure time. We would like to point out that in some terminals, it may take 25 or more minutes to reach the door.

For international flights, check-in procedures end 60 minutes before the scheduled flight time.

For your ticket and baggage transactions, you must be ready at the airport where you will fly at least 3 hours before your flight time.

Prices for tickets in the same cabin class may differ depending on the length of stay of the passengers at the destination and the time of purchase of the ticket. Since the difference rates in these fares are determined according to the demand for the relevant flight, you can benefit from favorable fares by purchasing a ticket as early as possible.

You do not have to print out your e-ticket and carry it with you. You can make your transactions at the counter with your reservation code (PNR) and ID.

You can buy your tickets on www.flykhy.com with your credit card. You can also purchase tickets through our call center at +90 850 800 0 549 or through our agencies.

After completing your ticket and identity check at the check-in counter, you can deliver your luggage and get your boarding pass, if any. After these procedures, you can check your flight gate by following the information screens at the airport and board the plane with your boarding pass.

While preparing the remains of your luggage in the cargo compartment of the aircraft, care should be taken to ensure that there are no fragile and perishable items, electronic devices, money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, promissory notes and other commercially valuable papers, passports and other identity documents or documents. You can carry such items on you or in your luggage. On ships where there is no room for cabin baggage, your hand baggage may be taken into the cargo compartment. In this case, we recommend keeping the above-described items so that you can retrieve them from your bag. The free baggage allowance of infant passengers under 2 years old is 10 kg.

The maximum size of one piece of baggage that you can take into the cabin during the flight is 23x40x55 cm, and the maximum weight is 8 kg.

In cases where your cabin baggage is not suitable in terms of size and weight, your baggage will be carried in the cargo area within your right to carry. If you have used your baggage allowance, you may have to pay an extra fee in line with the excess baggage tariff. We recommend that you keep fragile and perishable items, electronic devices, money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, promissory notes and other commercially valuable papers, passport and other identity documents or samples in your baggage, in case your luggage is taken to the cargo hold.

You can take your wedding dress with you as cabin baggage if its width, height and height do not exceed 118 cm and its total weight does not exceed 8 kg.

An infant who has not reached the age of 3 (0-24 months) on the day of travel is considered a passenger. In the first 48 hours after birth, infant passengers and their mothers are not admitted to the flight, even if there is a doctor's report. From the first 48 hours to the end of the first 7 days, it is evaluated if the mother and baby obtain a written doctor's report stating that there is no obstacle to their flight by plane. In accordance with in-flight safety rules, an adult can accompany a baby at most.

Passengers who are pregnant with a single baby can fly with a report from their doctor stating "there is no harm in traveling by plane" from the beginning of the 28th week to the end of the 35th week. At 36 weeks and after, our pregnant passengers cannot travel by plane, even if they have a doctor's report. Passengers carrying more than one baby during your pregnancy can travel with a report from their doctor stating "there is no harm in traveling by plane" from the beginning of the 28th week to the end of the 31st week. At the 32nd week and after, our pregnant passengers cannot travel by plane, even if they have a doctor's report. We would like to remind you that the date of your doctor's report should not exceed 7 days. Your report, which is prepared in English or Turkish, must include the name, surname, diploma number and signature of the doctor who prepared the report. If your pregnancy period has not exceeded 28 weeks (7 months), you do not need any report for the flight.

On Fly Cyprus Airlines flights, pets are limited to birds, dogs and cats and can be transported in the cabin for a fee if they are 55x40x20 cm in size, in boxes provided by our passengers, and weigh a maximum of 8 kg including the cage. You must make a reservation for the pet you want to carry with you by calling our call center at +90 850 800 0 549.

Passengers traveling to EU countries are required to have a pet passport with them for the pet they wish to carry during their travels. Passengers who want to carry birds must also have a pet health report obtained from a veterinarian.

For your ticket and baggage transactions, you must be ready at the airport where you will fly at least 3 hours before your flight time. After you register your wheelchair at the counters while making your ticket and baggage transactions, you can deliver it during your boarding. Our officials at the airport will give you detailed information about the subject. The batteryless and foldable wheelchairs you bring with you are transported under the plane and free of charge.

Before the flight, passengers need to prepare for the batteries they use in their chairs, and liquid batteries are not carried on our flights. Dry-powered wheelchairs are transported as the wheelchair is securely attached or short-circuited, provided that the battery battery heads are protected to prevent short circuit. The wheelchair you bring with you and deliver in accordance with the rules is carried under the plane and free of charge.

Turkish citizens are accepted in accordance with the visa rules, and all Turkish citizens, including children and infant, are allowed to exit from Turkey to the TRNC only with their biometric identity cards with a photo. Cyprus flights must have a passport or ID, it is not possible to fly with a driver's license. Children who have not completed their 18th birthday traveling alone to Cyprus, T.C. If they are traveling with an Identity Card, a power of attorney from their parents is required. The power of attorney shall be certified by a notary public or official authorities. Passengers who have not yet completed their 18th birthday; If they are traveling with their mother, their father's power of attorney is required, and if they are traveling with their father, their mother's power of attorney is required. Passengers are not accepted to the flight if the above-mentioned rules are not fulfilled. Official visa rules apply, and Syrian, Armenian and Nigerian passport holders are subject to a visa.
